RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
If something’s not quite right, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
Be in original condition
Be unworn and unwashed
Have all original tags attached
Include the original receipt or packing slip with your order number
We’re unable to accept returns for items that are:
Worn, washed, stained, or damaged
Missing original tags
Returned beyond the 14-day return window
Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
Please Note: We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels at this time. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You may ship your return with any carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable service for your records.
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return criteria, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed after we’ve received your return.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item, provided it's still in stock.
Exchange guidelines:
Items must be returned in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
Exchanges are limited to the same style, but in a different size or color
The original receipt or packing slip must be included with the return
We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your return and confirm that the item meets our exchange criteria. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
