Shipping Methods

We are delighted to serve customers worldwide with reliable and efficient shipping services. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the procedures and timelines for receiving your orders.


Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 2 days of purchase. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


Depending on the Location it takes approximately 7-11 working days by EMS for your order to be delivered once it is dispatched from our warehouse.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order’s progress on the shipping carrier’s website.


Delayed or Lost Orders:

If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sale@lnguioli.com. In cases of failed ETA, we will accept returns of the products.


Cancel:
Self-Service Cancellation: Log in → "My Orders" → Select order → Click "Cancel."
Contact Support: If self-cancellation is unavailable, reach us via email:sale@lnguioli.com.
Upon successful cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
