Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 2 days of purchase. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Depending on the Location it takes approximately 7-11 working days for your order to be delivered once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order’s progress on the shipping carrier’s website.

Delayed or Lost Orders:

If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at sale@lnguioli.com. In cases of failed ETA, we will accept returns of the products.
